We take data protection seriously
The protection of your privacy when processing personal data is an important concern for us. When you visit our website, our web servers store the IP address of your end device, which you have received from your internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, the web pages you visit on our site and the date and duration of your visit as standard. This information is essential for the technical transmission of the web pages and secure server operation. There is no personalized evaluation of this data.
Personal data
Personal data is data about your person. This includes, for example, your name, your address and your e-mail address. Whenever we process personal data, we do so in order to be able to offer you our service or to pursue our commercial objectives. In particular, we collect the information you provided when you registered under "My account" or when you made a purchase. You can check your details at any time under "My account" and change them if necessary.
Personal data is also stored if we supply you with information material on request or if we answer your inquiries.
WebAnalysis Tool: Google Analytics
Our web store uses the web analysis service "Google Analytics", which uses the cookies already described under "Google AdWords". The information generated about your use of the web store (e.g. browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (previously visited website), anonymized IP address and time of the server request) is transmitted to Google servers and stored there. Based on this stored data, no conclusions can be drawn about your person. This data may be transferred to third parties for analysis.
We also use remarketing lists from Google Analytics. With remarketing lists, visitors to our website can be addressed again through targeted advertising on the pages of the Google partner network and the Google search network. The advertising is also displayed using cookies.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time. To do so, you must download and install a browser add-on from the link provided. This browser add-on uses JavaScript to instruct Google Analytics not to transmit any data or information regarding website visits to Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated, you can reinstall or reactivate it.

Remarketing Tool: Google AdWords
We use the online web program "Google AdWords" on our webshop, a service of Google Inc. based in the USA, and the conversion tracking option contained in this program. If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords places a conversion cookie in your browser, which enables us to compile statistics on the use of our website. This conversion cookie loses its validity after 90 days at the latest and is not used to identify the user.

You can deactivate the setting of cookies by our website in your browser in whole or in part at any time. If cookies are deactivated, you may no longer be able to use all the functions of our website.
Newsletter
The Chairzone GmbH newsletter is managed via our home page or your profile on our website.
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can do so by simply clicking on the link on each of our newsletters or by contacting our marketing department directly by e-mail. You can also unsubscribe via your profile on our website.
Revocation of consent, information & authorization
Under the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have a right to free information about your stored data (Art. 8 FADP) and a right to rectification (Art. 5 para. 2 FADP). In addition, you can request that your data be deleted if it is no longer required for contract processing. You can also request that your data be blocked.
