Return condition

Of course, you have an exchange and return guarantee on all stock items for up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. However, the products can only be returned in their original packaging and in a clean condition. Products individually configured by the customer cannot be returned.

Return option

Please do not return any items to us without prior agreement! Please include the delivery bill or your order number in the package. If you have any concerns, please send us an e-mail in advance to [email protected] or contact us via our service hotline. Your message will usually be processed within one working day.

In order to guarantee a smooth process, please enclose a short letter of explanation with the return shipment and send it with the originally packed order to

Credit note on return

Please note the following: If you pay by credit card, a chargeback will be made to your credit card. For all other payment methods, the refund will be made to an account which must be issued in the name of the invoice recipient. Please provide us with the corresponding IBAN.
