Terms of payment

Credit card

Payment by credit card can be made with VISA or MASTERCARD. Payment is encrypted and does not involve any additional charges. When paying by credit card, no card details are stored.

TWINT

Payment via Twint is encrypted and does not involve any additional fees.

Prepayment

When ordering against prepayment, invoicing is carried out by Chairzone and does not include any additional fees. The manufacture of the product will be commissioned after receipt of payment. The delivery time may therefore be delayed depending on the receipt of payment.

Postcard

Payment by Postcard is encrypted and does not involve any additional charges. No card data is stored during payment.

Invoice

When paying by invoice, the invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you immediately after the order has been placed and will not be sent additionally with the goods. Chairzone GmbH reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and is entitled to pass on customer data to third parties in this regard.

In the event of late payment, default interest of 5% per year and reminder fees of CHF 10 for the first and CHF 15 for the second reminder will be charged. In the event of late payment, Chairzone GmbH is entitled to assign the claim to a third party at the customer's expense or to commission collection.
