Questions like these come up again and again. And often all these questions are related to the price of the furniture. Of course, the price can also vary to a large extent depending on the seller. Quality has its price. Especially when it comes to office chairs. After all, it is important to find a chair that meets all the criteria and is also easy on the back.
Delivery times vary depending on the product. The specified delivery period from the order date applies to all items available from stock. Different delivery periods apply to unavailable items according to the item description.
The guarantee period for all Sitag chairs is 5 years.
All complaints about defects in items delivered by Chairzone GmbH will only be considered if they are made verbally, in writing or by telephone within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
